BLT Quesadilla

Review: This was a tasty quesadilla. I opted for center cut pork bacon instead of turkey bacon because the stats are pretty similar. I think the only complaint I had was that the recipe called for the lettuce on top of the quesadilla and it was hard to keep it in place. I think it would have worked better inside. The ketchup/mayo sauce was just right for the recipe too. This was a fun little sandwich.
