Review: Man, these were unexpectedly good. Not much to them but they pack a lot of flavor and they are SUPERB-LY easy. The recipe below has the directions but HG uses a bagel in the linked recipe and a light English Muffin the cookbook. I liked the English Muffin and it's low in points. Maybe it would be good to try with Thomas' new thin bagels?
