Crispy White Pizza, Nacho-average Tortilla Chips and Mexican Bean and Cheese Dip

Crispy White Pizza
Review: This pizza is super duper easy and packed with tons of flavor. I was REALLY impressed by it! I will make this recipe again and again!!

Score: 5/5
Points: 3 pts for whole pizza!

Nacho-average Tortilla Chips
Review: These chips are not all that great. It felt kind of cool to make my own chips but as soon as they started to cool off they started to taste stale. Plus, I can have a couple more Baked Tostito's for the same points value and not have to make my own chips. I'll probably just stick to that route.

Score: 3/5
Points: 2 pts for 12 chips

Mexican Bean and Cheese Dip
Review: Wow, this dip is REALLY good. I mean, I know I had it with stale chips but I think it was honestly GOOD. Very cheesey and packed full of filling stuff and easy to put together!

Score: 5/5
Points: 1 pt for 1/3 cup

Swirls Gone Wild, EZ Basil Chicken and Cheesey Cauliflower Casserole

Swirls Gone Wild
Review: These brownies were pretty good. Not nearly as easy as No Pudge but they have a little something extra going on with the "swirl" factor. Not too difficult and pretty tastey.

Score: 4.5/5
Points: 3

EZ Basil Chicken
Review: The chicken was pretty neat and easy and packed a lot of flavor. I cooked it a little too long so it came out a little dry which took away from its amazing-ness. It normally would be very moist with all the juices it cooks in.

Score: 4/5

Cheesey Cauliflower Casserole
Review: The Cheesey Cauliflower Casserole seems like it should also be amazing. It has all these great ingredients that sound rich and creamy but it falls flat on favor. It needs something to spice it up. Paired with the Basil chicken, it felt like it needed Italian spices but I don't know if I'd always recommend that.

Score: 3/5
Points: 2 pt for 1 cup

Pina Colada Cupcake

Review: Yowser are these things good. I mean, REALLY good. I think I've thought about them for days. And there was a split on this. My mom totally loved these. She's diggin' the WW with me so maybe we're skewed cuz these cupcakes were amazing. Moist, flavorful, delish. My non-WW friends thought the consistency was weird. Dude, for 2 points, they could have the consistency of cottage cheese (but they don't) and be amazing. So check them out!

Cheesy Beefy Quesadilla and Spicy Tortilla Pizza Mexicali

Review: Both these recipes were made with SOY crumbles. The beefy quesadilla was a little bland but filling even for its small size. This recipe actually called for scallions which I didn't have so that may have made up for the lack of flavor. Also, all of the recipe call for La Tortilla Factory tortillas which I haven't been able to find so I'm just using 96% FF Mission tortillas. They're pretty good. They only come in medium so I can't splurge for the large ones some of the recipes call for.

Review: This "pizza" was actually really good but I was still hungry after I ate it (and I had had the one above a couple hours before it). My husband really liked this recipe was even hungrier than I was afterward!

Grab 'n Go Breakfast Cookies

Review: The prep time on these cookies took a bit longer than I thought they would. There are a LOT of ingredients and so there's a lot of stuff to measure. But they were good and amazingly filling. I had to eat 2 to be full but I was satisfied for a while. Of course I also misinterpreted the title "cookies" to mean like 12 or so and I almost made them for a cookie exchange. Then I thought, "this is HG, there's no telling" and I looked ahead. Sure 'nuf - makes 4 cookies.

Super Veggie-Stuffed Peppers

Review: These stuffed peppers had great flavor. They're stuffed soy crumbles and they are super yummy. But they take FOREVER. My best friend has a microwave stuffed pepper recipe, I'll have to compare notes. Because THESE you have to cook for 30 minutes, stuff and then cook another 20 minutes. I only had about 35 minutes to cook and eat so after the first 30, I realized it would be another 20 and I had to turn off the oven, grab a cupcake for a snack and plan to finish dinner when I got home later that night. My bad for not reading ahead but I had no idea they would take 50 freaking minutes. Sorry, I was sorely hungry that night.

Oat-rageous Chocolate Chip Pancake Minis, Chunky Apple-cinnamon Muffins, Cheesy-Good Cornbread Muffins, Chocolate Marshmallow Madness Cupcakes

Review: When they say mini, they mean mini. These are teeny, tiny! But yummy. I just think it's easier to make fewer, larger pancakes than 5 tiny ones. I've always been into regular pancakes with a ton of syrup so this was a change for me. Kind of a big step. So I ate them plain and pretty much felt like I was eating chocolate chip cookies.

Score: 4/5

Review: YOWSER. Now THIS is what I expected from the big blueberry muffins. These chunky Apple-cinnamon Muffins were A-MAZING. Again, very moist. But YUM YUM YUM. With a cinnamon/brown sugar crumble on top, how can you go wrong???

Review: So, I've made the Cheesy-Good Cornbread Muffins before. And they were pretty good. On the second day. So I made these the day before I wanted them. But I thought, if it's 2 points for each one and it makes 12, then I can make MINI cornbread muffins and have TWO (mind tricks). My mini muffin pan is silicon and for some reason it tastes like dishwashing detergent. So, the muffins did too. It was so sad to throw away 24 mini muffins.

Review: I'm glad I took this picture of the Chocolate Marshmallow Madness Cupcakes as soon as I made them. The marshmallow glaze seeped into these cupcakes and disappeared after this. Everyone seemed to enjoy these. They were cute and decorative and yummy.
