Berry-licious Cupcake (vegetarian) - p228

Review: Woah, I thought I was all caught up before the holiday season hit. I guess I'll give the short and sweet review of the next few recipes. Almost done with my cookbook challenge - I think I'll start on 200 Under 200 next and see if I can't get it done before her next book comes out in March!

Back to the recipe at hand. The cupcake was very yummy. Moist and flavorful. My picky girls' night girls even liked it. I thought it was best without the icing but the icing made it look pretty. I would make these again to take somewhere but in my own house, I'd probably just stick to No Pudge.
