Review: Conceptually, this pudding was good. But I don't understand why I had to make the pudding from scratch? Why couldn't I just mix the coconut syrup with chocolate pudding? As a result, I had little chunks of cornstarch in my pudding which it pretty disgusting. Totally user-error but I still think it could be done with chocolate pudding. Anyway, the flavor was good.
