Review: So, I know my taco "shell" looks a little sad. I didn't use a La Tortilla Factory tortilla because I can't them locally but instead used a Mission wheat tortilla for this recipe. It only came in smaller sizes so I couldn't get it to form a shell. So, instead we got a whole wheat tostada. Too much work. Just rather have made a taco out of it.
