Review: This salad was big and pretty yummy. The dressing was delicious and that's really all I could taste which was great for me since I don't usually like shrimp. I bought pre-cooked shrimp which made the recipe a little bit easier and aside from the usual 10 million ingredients, it wasn't half bad. I think if nothing else, this cookbook is teaching me to plan menus better so I can utilize excess ingredients (I haven't mastered this yet but I have a heightened awareness).
