Review: Wow this recipe is GOOD. It shouldn't even be in the soup section of the cookbook - it's really more like a chili to me! It's super chunky with beans and diced tomatoes. You add Ranch dressing dry mix which I was super excited about but you can't taste it. I'd definitely like to make this again. And it doubles well. One serving is 3 points and 2 servings is 6 points. Awesome!
