Review: This recipe rolled out in a newsletter and I thought, "I have some frozen brussel sprouts I need to use. Only I couldn't find them so I bought fresh. That turned out to be an adventure of its own. The flavor was good but the brussel sprouts were too hard. I could have trimmed more of the stem but I was afraid they would fall apart. So, next time, I'll use cooked from the freezer brussel sprouts to ensure that they are soft!
