Review: Not a bad recipe. Definitely different from what I'm used to but kind of exciting. I never put crunchy stuff on my salad so I was really excited about the crunchiness of the salad. I wasn't big on the mandarin oranges though - they don't seem very flavorful but the overall salad complemented my standard salad dressing (FF Sun-dried Tomato) very well. I also like that a lot of the ingredients came already chopped to the right size for this recipe so it was really easy to put together!
