Review: This salad sounded disgusting to me but HG swore that it was a staple in her life and her favorite salad and not to knock the beets in it. Beets are gross. And chickpeas are weird. And this salad has a BUNCH of tiny servings of a LOT of stuff. 2 Tablespoons here and 2 Tablespoons there. You better have a great menu planned to account for so many leftover ingredients!
But I persevered. And the beets were still gross. But very filling for a salad without meat!
