Review: This salad was definitely my style. Not far from what I make on a normal occasion. I prefer to use 2% shredded cheese but I could use some American singles in a pinch. I topped it with some lowfat honey mustard and I was in business. I should totally make this again soon. Not too many veggies to go crazy chopping up. Perfect.
