Review: This salad was pretty freaking good. Not sure it needed all the work it required, but it was still good. I was expecting more of a fajita flavor but the cooking method just made it come out more like pepper steak and peppers. I like the combination of flavors - I just think I would throw the meat on the grill or broil it next time. Or even cook it without a marinade. I did like not having to add dressing - that's always exciting. Between the marinade, the sour cream and the salsa, no dressing was necessary. Yum!
